Banks are listening. There are sellers who have significant equity in properties that are on the market. Plenty of buyers who need the equity from their current home will make the next move as well. After years with virtually no bridge money available, a few select banks are listening to the needs of the buyer and bringing back bridge loans to fill a much needed void.
And, to make it sweeter, there are no real income requirements, minimum credit score parameters, no review of overall assets - just a pure bridge.
